We find it is especially hydrating to skin to apply right out of the shower, while your skin is a bit damp, the oil will glide on effortlessly and lock in the water moisture and keep your skin looking radiant all day. Give yourself a few minutes before getting dressed or climbing into bed to give the oil a chance to absorb. Massaging the oil into your skin will not only feel great but increase the ability of the oil to penetrate into the deeper layers of your skin without begin rubbed off by clothing.
Body oil is a great non-greasy way to provide hydration to all parts of your body. Our organic and natural blend of oils will absorb quickly into your skin with no additives or harmful chemicals. Body oil is also a great massage oil as it smoothly glides on the skin.
Body lotion tends to be a more familiar way to hydrate our skin. It has a thick consistency and is a mixture of water and oils. Humectants and emulsifiers are often present in lotions which can introduce ingredients into our body that we might not otherwise want to ingest. While lotions are certainly moisturizing, we suggest reading the ingredients to ensure you know what your body is absorbing.
